Our development team creates innovative products that simplify and streamline the everyday work of machine operators. We have 360° know-how across both software and hardware, with a strong focus on “time to market.” To stay ahead of our competitors, we challenge each other to focus on finding solutions and to know when to say “good enough”!
You will work in a well-equipped “inventor’s workshop” with a fast-paced environment and a positive attitude. We are regularly encouraged to develop our skills, and while you are given the opportunity to deepen your expertise in your specific areas of responsibility, you will always have the chance to get your teeth into a smorgasbord of stimulating tasks. Our department has a strong culture of focused work, while there are also plenty of colleagues to bounce ideas off. We are a large and powerful department at SVAB. And, of course, we have a lab!
The development team has a strong sense of camaraderie, and you will work alongside many like-minded colleagues.
